Shipping policy:  LUX ships out online orders every Monday & thursday of each week via USPS priority mail with tracking, & insurace.

Return Policy:  Local online pick up orders may be return with in 7 business day for a store credit only.

Online shipment orders have 14days to return the item in the original state it was shipped with the security tag still attached for a refund.  If the security tag is removed, or the item does not match the condition in which it was shipped a store credit only will be issued to the customer up return of the item.

How do I track my order?

You will recieve an e-mail after any purchase with a copy of your reciept and a secondary e-mail once your item is shipped with your tracking information.



What are your delivery options?

Lux uses all delivery options from usps, ups, and fedex.



How do I return an item?

Should you receive an item that doesn't work for you please ship the item back to 3535 us hwy 17 suite 5 fleming island florida 32003  Attn: Erica Burks.  Buyer will pay return shipping and will receive a store credit for the full amount if returned within 7 business days.
