Shipping policy: LUX ships out online orders every Monday & thursday of each week via USPS priority mail with tracking, & insurace.
Return Policy: Local online pick up orders may be return with in 7 business day for a store credit only.
Online shipment orders have 14days to return the item in the original state it was shipped with the security tag still attached for a refund. If the security tag is removed, or the item does not match the condition in which it was shipped a store credit only will be issued to the customer up return of the item.
Do I need to make an appointment to bring in clothing & shoes for consignment? YES! Absolutely.
Do i have to make an appointment to bring in handbags, wallets, jewelry? No not at all! All these items can be brought in to be added to your consignment account any day during normal business hours.
Do I need to make an appointment to sell items for cash? YES! To insure our buyer(s) have time to process your items each day
How do I track my order?
You will recieve an e-mail after any purchase with a copy of your reciept and a secondary e-mail once your item is shipped with your tracking information.
What are your delivery options?
Lux uses all delivery options from usps, ups, and fedex.
How do I return an item?
Should you receive an item that doesn't work for you please ship the item back to 3535 us hwy 17 suite 5 fleming island florida 32003 Attn: Erica Burks. Buyer will pay return shipping and will receive a store credit for the full amount if returned within 7 business days.
